Our team in Rotherham are recruiting for a Team Leader, to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse service user group. If you are an enthusiastic and creative leader and are passionate about changing people’s lives for the better, we’d love to hear from you.
Our Team Leaders work with our service users to help them to determine what their goals, ambitions and passions are, whilst managing a team of dedicated Recovery Workers. This is an integral role for With You - as a Team Leader, you will support the management team in the delivery of the service, leading in an area of specialism to ensure that your team delivers quality support and care to our clients. The role of Team Leader within a With You service requires an organised and flexible approach, as sometimes you will be managing staff from different teams across the service.
This post will work specifically within our Criminal Justice team.
We’re looking for:
- Someone who can manage the staff within the service, ensuring that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with We Are With You’s strategic objectives and that a cohesive culture is developed
- An individual who can support the development of services inline with local needs and contractual specification
- Development of staff using coaching techniques
- Engagement with staff, service users and carers ensuring personal visibility and accessibility
- Someone who can undertake recruitment responsibilities, as appropriate
